Key Responsibilities

Lead customer implementations of Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.

Conduct business requirement sessions and align client needs with technical solutions.

Educate stakeholders on AWS value propositions and cloud-native best practices.

Design scalable, low-code contact center architectures with minimal custom development.

Configure and deploy Amazon Connect contact flows and Salesforce Voice integrations.

Collaborate with client teams as a technical expert and liaison.

Ensure optimal project delivery through documentation, communication, and training.
-
Take ownership of enterprise-level projects with autonomy and professionalism.

Participate in strategic planning sessions with customer leadership and decision-makers.
Essential Skills
-
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centers.

Strong knowledge of API and integration across CRMs, WFM, and telephony platforms.

Proficiency in WebRTC, SIP, and JSON architecture.

Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.

Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and technical teams.

Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, Lex, and CloudFormation.

Troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving expertise.
Preferred Skills

Expertise in omni-channel contact center design and deployment.

Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge.

Experience with dialers, campaign tools, and workforce management platforms.

Background in consulting, technical pre-sales, or software architecture.

Exposure to platforms like Genesys, Twilio, Avaya, or Cisco is a plus.
