Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML Strategy: Define and implement the data science roadmap, focusing on personalization, fraud detection, and intelligent matchmaking algorithms.

• Drive Business Growth: Use advanced analytics to optimize engagement, boost conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data science team while promoting a culture of innovation and agility.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to align data science efforts with business goals.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Deploy scalable, high-quality AI/ML solutions and foster best practices across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven success in consumer tech, e-commerce, fintech, or similar data-driven industries.

• Strong academic background with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (Tier-I institute preferred).

• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and large-scale data systems.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, big data technologies, and SQL-based analytics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
