User Data Deletion Instructions for Red9SysTech AutomationApp Application:
We respect your privacy and your right to delete your personal data. If you wish to delete the data associated with your interactions with our Facebook Lead Ad campaigns (e.g., name, email, phone number) that we have collected, please follow these steps:
Method 1: Directly through Facebook (Recommended)
- If you used Facebook Login to interact with our app, you can typically remove your data directly via your Facebook settings:
- Go to your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy.”
- Click on “Settings.”
- In the left navigation, find and click “Apps and Websites”.
- Locate “AutomationApp” in the list.
- Click the “Remove” button next to it. This will remove the app’s access to your Facebook account and may trigger a data deletion request to us.
Method 2: Direct Request to Us
- If the above method doesn’t fully meet your needs, or if you wish to confirm all data has been deleted from our internal systems (Google Sheet, etc.), you may send a data deletion request directly to us:
- Email: info.redsystech@gmail.com
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request – Red9SysTech
- Please include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when submitting the Meta Lead Ad form so we can identify your data.
- Upon receiving your request, we will delete all identifiable personal data we hold associated with you from our systems (e.g., Google Sheets) within [e.g., 5-10 business days].
