Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Red9SysTech, your satisfaction is our most priority. Kindly read through our below practices regarding cancellations and refunds.
1.Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your course, please call/message us at +91-9361-996-997 during the normal business hours (M-F- 9-6 PM IST) or email us at techsupport@red9systech.com.
Kindly read the following conditions apply for any cancellations at any situations:
- A non-refundable portion of 18% of the total course fee is applicable in all cases.
- If a student decides to withdraw/cancel before 48 hours into the classes begin, they will receive a refund for all fees except the non-refundable 18% Course Fee.
- No refunds will be issued after 48 hours into the course / classes begin.
2.Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- If a batch is cancelled for any reasons, enrolled students will have the option for a refund (except the non-refundable 18% Course Fee) or to be accommodated in new available batches.
- If a student requests a refund before 48 hours into the classes start, they will receive a reimbursement for all fees except the non-refundable 18% Course Fee.
- We are sad to say that, No refunds will be issued if a student is unable to complete the course or chooses to discontinue for any reason.
- It is important to note that all the refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe.
- No refunds will be issued after 48 hours into the course / classes begin.
- All refund requests needs the Proof of purchase to consider for the next steps.
3.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any refund requests received after the specified period (No refunds will be issued after 48 hours into the course / classes begin) will not be considered.
- Downloadable software products from our website or through 3rd party websites or platforms.
4.Refund Process
Once your return is received and verified by our internal team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
