At Red9SysTech, your satisfaction is our most priority. Kindly read through our below practices regarding cancellations and refunds.
1.Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your course, please call/message us at +91-9361-996-997 during the normal business hours (M-F- 9-6 PM IST) or email us at techsupport@red9systech.com.
Kindly read the following conditions apply for any cancellations at any situations:
- If a student decides to withdraw/cancel any classes for any reason, before the classes begins or during the classes or after the classes ends, there will not be any refund for any fees paid. ie., All the payment paid are 100% Non-Refundable in all the cases.
- No refunds will be issued or adjusted for any other course / batch under any circumstances.
2.Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- If a batch is cancelled for any reasons, enrolled students will have the option for a refund (except the non-refundable 18% Course Fee) or to be accommodated in new available batches.
- If a student requests a refund for any reasons, there will NOT be any refund on any paid fees.
- We are sad to say that, No refunds will be issued if a student is unable to complete the course or chooses to discontinue for any reason.
3.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any refund requests received for any course / materials at any time will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Downloadable software products from our website or through 3rd party websites or platforms.
